The champion of the 2013 BWP Stallion Approval. Kasanova is a son of our top sire Bamako de Muze out of the international GP mare Everlychin de la Pomme, also the dam of the unfortunately prematurely deceased Latour VDM, also a BWP champion stallion.
Kasanova was brought up by Karline De Brabander and is now performing at the very highest level under Koen Vereecke. Listing all their achievements would lead us too far, but the highlight so far was undoubtedly the double clear round (and win) in the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona. Furthermore, they were also double clear in Falsterbo and Hickstead. Consequently, they were crowned best Belgian combination in the 2022 Nations Cups. In 2023, they scored top placings in the Falsterbo GP5* and Rome GP5*.
His oldest offspring (born in 2014 and 2015) also appear to be promising. From his limited first crop, H5 Origi Horta is jumping at the highest level. Pommery van het IJzeren Lindehof, Oklahoma van de Zelm and Olympic van het Merrethof have also already made themselves noticed. If anything, his younger crop impresses even more. More than 10 sons of Kasanova have been approved at various stallion selections in recent years. Bamako's successor seems assured.
