Belgian Youngster Trials winners for Bamako and Mosito

BYT

A great edition of the Belgian Youngster Trials for Stal de Muze. Among the two year old mares and geldings our home bred Quick Flip de Muze (f. Mosito van het Hellehof) won and Que Passa de Regor (f. Scendro) became second. Furthermore, Querida VG Stables (f. Vigo d'Arsouilles) ended in fourth place. Further down the top ten, we find Questina VGW (f. Elvis Ter Putte) at number seven and Qadira de Regor (f. Bamako de Muze) at number nine.

Among the two year old stallions was the victory for Qadim de Regor (f. Bamako de Muze). Just like his half sister Qadira de Regor, Qadim has the Elvis Ter Putte-daughter Melia de Regor as mother. Third place in this series went to Qarvalio d'Or (by Mosito van het Hellehof), with Grand Prix DK (f. Vigo d'Arsouilles), in property of Stal de Muze becoming fifth and on place seven Quid Pro d'O (by Elvis Ter Putte). Finally, Qarrasco van de Plataan (f. Taran de la Pomme) completed the top ten.

Chic Hin d'Hyrencourt

Internationally, the most striking news came from the US last weekend, where Chic Hin d'Hyrencourt (f. Taran de la Pomme) and Beezie Madden won the World Cup Qualifier of Lexington. In Lyon, there was a second place for Ensor de Litrange LXIII (by Nabab de Rêve) and Lorenzo de Luca in the World Cup Qualifier.

Lyon

Furthermore in Lyon, there was a fifth place for Guillaume Batillat and Gravity of Greenhill (f. Nabab de Rêve) in a 1.45m class. At two star level it was Victoria d'Argent (also by Nabab de Rêve) who gained attention by finishing second in a 1.45m class and fourth in the GP.

Patchouli de Muze

In Spanish Carmona, Patchouli de Muze (f. Ponsee V) again made himself heard by winning a 1.40m class with Valentine Petit-Jean and finishing second and third at the same heigth. In the Portuguese Vilamoura, Filou Imperio Egipcio (f. Querlybet Hero) won as well at 1.40m-level with the Brazilian Francisco José Mesquita Musa. Still in Spain (Oliva), Favorita de Muze (f. Bamako de Muze) did great with the seven year olds.

Lier & Liege

We end this week in Belgium thanks to the competitions in Lier and Liège. In Lier, Bellissimo Z (f. Bamako de Muze) finished third in the GP with Thibeau Spits, after this duo also finished second in another class over 1.45m. In the classes for five- and six-year-olds, it was Pikap de Muze Z (f. Ponsee V, Christophe Vanderhasselt) and Narcis VHL (f. Elvis Ter Putte, Lauren D'hondt) who made themselves noticed. In the classes seven-year-olds, Lady Optima (f. Nabab de Rêve) jumped herself to some silverware with Max Sebrechts.

Finally, in Liège, Melia de Regor (f. Elvis Ter Putte) jumped again clear in the five- and six-year-olds with Gregory Wathelet. Very High de Muze Z (f. Vigo d'Arsouilles) with Philippe Lejeune and Malissa de Muze (f. Vigo d'Arsouilles) with Ann Carton-Grootjans were also placed in these classes.
