Bamako provides winner of bronze medal at EC for Juniors

EC Youth

Thibeau Spits and Bellissimo Z (s. Bamako de Muze) stormed to an excellent third place at the European Championships for Juniors in Dutch Zuidwolde. It resulted in the individual bronze medal for this duo. In the category for Young Riders, there was a pitiful individual fourth place for Gilles Thomas on Konak (s. Nabab de Rêve), but they already won the silver medal with the Belgian team in the team competition.

Le Mans

Some more Bamako-offspring in French Le Mans, where the GP was won by Aymeric de Ponnat on Elize (s. Bamako de Muze).

Chantilly

We stay in France, for the GCT/GCL-leg of Chantilly. Gentiane de la Pomme (s. Shindler de Muze) and Wilm Vermeir signed up for a fourth place in the 1.45m opening class here. William Whitaker and Cadeau de Muze (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished fourth in the GCL as a part of the Miami Celtics.

Kasanova de la Pomme was placed tenth in the GP2* of Chantilly with Karline De Brabander in the saddle. Also at the two star level, the fourth place in a 1.45m-class went to Ignace Philips de Vuyst on Hanna van HD (s. Nabab de Rêve). Alexis Gautier and Siroco de Coquerie (s. Querlybet Hero) added a second place in a 1.40m-class to that. Finally, Le Coultre de Muze (s. Presley Boy) and Philippe Rozier grabbed a sixth place in that same 1.40m-class and an eighth place in the GP.

The final for seven-year-olds resulted in a second place for Hello Zachary (ex-Markies van de Donkhoeve, s. Elvis Ter Putte), ridden by Scott Brash. Our breeding product Call Me de Muze Z (s. Clarissimo Z) finished in ninth place with Koen Vereecke.

Knokke

At the ultimate week of Knokke Hippique, there was an eighth place in the GP2* for the only eight-year-old Levis de Muze (s. Elvis Ter Putte), ridden by Ioli Mytilineou. This duo also became fifth in a 1.45m-class. Lander De Bruyn on Nabeau van het Migroveld Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) was also placed second in a different 1.45m-class.

Bonheiden

The fourth place in the GP2* of Bonheiden went to Francisco Rocha and Kipling van ‘t Hagenhof (s. Nabab de Rêve). This duo also finished fifth in a 1.40m-competition.

Odile Gierech and Geisha des Sequoias (s. Bamako de Muze) equally showed their potential oncem more. They became fourth in the final for seven-year-olds.

Crans-Montana

Tum Play du Jouas (s. Querlybet Hero) and Swiss rider Anthony Bourquard made themselves noticed in the GP of Crans-Montana (1.55m). They finished fourth. Cyril Bouvard and Victoria d’Argent (s. Nabab de Rêve) added a second place over 1.45m.

Wilkow

Groenaannemer vd Lentamel (s. Nabab de Rêve) jumped to a second place in a 1.40m-class with Polish rider Julia Jaglarz. Gotham City PL (s. Filou de Muze) and Omer Karaevli equally impressed with a second place in a different 1.40m-class.

YH Valkenswaard

At the young horse competition in Valkenswaard in the beginning of this week, Opium vd Bisschop (s. Scendro) scored an excellent seventh place in the finals for five-year-olds, ridden by Sabrina Van Rijswijk. In the classes for six-year-olds, there was a tenth place for Piet Raijmakers Jr. and I’m Specialized Z (s. I’m Special de Muze). Bas Moerings and Ipsthar (s. Denzel van ‘t Meulenhof) also placed themselves in this age category.

Other

Santiago Lambre and Ibabco (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished seventh in the GP of Tryon, while the Portuguese bred Extraordiner (s. Nabab de Rêve) picked up a fifth place in the GP of Vilamoura. The latter was ridden by Hugo Carvalho.

Foal championships

Troy van het Brouwershof (s. Bamako de Muze) became sixth in the competition for colts at the Flanders Foal Championship of BWP Leiestreek. Troy was bred by Jean Marie De Wilde.
