It is difficult to decide where to start this week’s bulletin with successes on all fronts.
Perhaps we should start with Gesves, where we saw two 3-year-old stallions receive their breeding licence from the SBS studbook. They are:
- A Ladykiller VDM: a son of Chacco-Blue with Killer Queen VDM as his granddam
- Arthur van HD: a son of Bamako de Muze with Candy as his great-granddam
Opglabbeek
The Zangersheide International competition also featured competitions for young stallions. Among the 5-year-olds, our clear round machine Vino For Fun once again achieved a clear round under Nick Vrins. This was their fourth clear round in a row this season. Their ninth in total, if you count last season. In the 6-year-old competition, Yarno and Prince Cute de Muze Z once more took second place. Koen also achieved a double clear round in the saddle of Ultra Flip de Muze. In the 7-year-old’s class, Nick Vrins and Tartufo de Muze continued their streak with two clear rounds.
