Rotterdam de Muze disposes of sublime genetics. His sire is former world champion Cumano. His dam is the mare Sara van het Parelshof, herself a daughter of Voltaire. She has of course acquired a rather legendary status in breeding courtesy of her offspring. Harrie Smolders still has nothing but praise for his Don VHP Z (ex-Don van het Parelshof Z, by Diamant de Semilly). For years, this duo jumped at the very highest level. The same can be said about HH Carlos Z (ex-Carlos van het Parelshof Z, by Chellano Z), who even reached that level with two riders: Nicola Philippaerts and McLain Ward. Zora VHP (ex-Zora van het Parelshof Z, by Zandor Z) also jumped 1.50m.
After his approval by the AES Studbook, he aroused the interest of the French station Haras de Castille, with whom we often cooperate. He then moved to France, where he has been available for breeding ever since and where he is now working hard on his sporting career.
