Stal de Muze strikes in trotting as well

Et Voila

Normally, we merely tell stories here about the great results our references achieved in jumping, but last weekend, Stal de Muze also stood into the limelight in the trotting sport. Et Voila de Muze won the Prix de Lis in the French city Cabourg, a prestigious race for four-year-old trotters. He finished in 1’14”3 with jockey Glenny Lejaune. Et Voila is a son of Royal Dream out of Nolaila (f. Colt Fortysix).

BC Eventing

Same story in eventing, where one of our reference also stole the show last weekend. Karin Donckers rode our stallion Leipheimer van ‘t Verahof (f. Vigo d’Arsouilles) to the second place in the Belgian Championships for seven-year-old horses in Nokere. Leipheimer is full-brother to Donckers’ Olympic mount Fletcha van ‘t Verahof. Karin and Leipheimer have qualified themselves for the World Championships for young eventing horses in the French city Le Lion d’Angers.

Zinius (again)

Besides all these wonderful results outside of the jumping sport, there were of course some excellent performances in the jumping arenas everywhere. Not in the least in London, where Zinius stood out once more. The son of Nabab de Rêve confirmed his first place on the WBFSH-ranking for jumping horses with two victories out of two starts. Of course, this happened with Harrie Smolders in the saddle. In Ommen, Hocus Pocus de Muze (f. Tinka’s Boy) showed some magic by winning a 1.45m-class with Lisa Nooren.

Le Coultre

Another one of our references that keeps impressing is Le Coultre de Muze. Under the wings of experienced French rider Philippe Rozier, he did not make a single mistake in three days of jumping, realizing a first, second and fourth place in the process. Also seven-years-old is Freud del Cabanon (f. Filou de Muze). With Gilles Murigneux, Freud gained a first and a fourth place in Le Touquet. Lysanne van ‘t Winnenhof (f. Elvis ter Putte) is another famous performer in these weekly articles. With Stephanie Andries, she showed her skills in Kronenberg last weekend by finishing third in the final for seven-year-olds.

Six-year-olds

A year younger, but not less promising, is Hayley (f. Glock’s London). As often before, the mare did not make a single jumping fault in three days of jumping with Omer Karaevli, resulting in two victories and a fourth place. Six years of age as well is E-Risingson Z (f. Elvis ter Putte) who performed well with Loïc Cannaert in Kronenberg, as did Never Before d’Arsouilles (f. Elvis ter Putte). In Beervelde, the six-year-old Elvis-descendants also jumped amazing. Elvis de Wijnendale and Memphis de Muze are the ones that took care of this.

Williamsburg

Finishing this week in Williamsburg, where two lesser known Nabab-progeny placed themselves. In a class 1.45m there was a fourth place for Ibabco (Santiago Lambre) and a fifth place for Il Rubacuori (Roberto Teran Tafur).
