Lector keeps on going

We are very sorry if we are repeating ourselves, but we simply cannot do otherwise as far as Lector is concerned. Under the saddle of Koen, he is simply experiencing his best season ever (so far). Last weekend, they were at it again Opglabbeek with a second place in the GP and a third place in qualifier. In his last 25 international starts (at least level 3*), Lector only once (!) did not finish with a clear round or with prize money under his belt. Almost unbelievable.

One of the emerging talents is 9-year-old Olga van de Kruishoeve (s. El Torreo de Muze), who finished third under Simon Delestre in a 1.45m class at Sentower Park. Alexis Goulet and Nikias Ligie V.V. (s. I'm Special de Muze) finished fifth in that same class. Georgia Tame gained a fifth place in a 1.40m class in the saddle of Ovito van de Looise Heide (s. Scendro).

Calgary

In the Rolex Grand Slam of Calgary, the Irish team won the Nations Cup thanks to, among others, Denis Lynch and Brooklyn Heights (ex-Jorden van de Kruishoeve, s. Nabab de Rêve), Lector's half-brother. Kevin Jochems came fourth over 1.50m riding Flying Jackie (s. Nabab de Rêve).

Ascona

The Ascona GP4* resulted in eighth place for Julien Anquetin and Gravity of Greenhill (s. Nabab de Rêve). Matteo Checchi gained fifth place in a ranking class with Navira (s. Nabab de Rêve).

Kronenberg

In De Peelbergen, Sacha Beghuin provided the best Belgian performance in the GP2* by finishing fourth on Elcup Van Beek II Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte). Earlier they achieved the same result in a 1.40m class, just ahead of Geoffrey Cobbaut and Bam's Girl Z (s. Bamako de Muze).

Esposende

The CSI1* in Portugal's Esposende delivered second place for Duarte Seabra and Van Halen Z (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) in the GP. Valentine Petit-Jean and Patchouli de Muze Z (s. Ponsee V) were in third place. The latter duo also came third earlier in a 1.40m class.

Samorin

Sara Vingralkova and Mega Special DC (s. I'm Special de Muze) jumped to fourth place in the GP and second place in a 1.40m class for Young Riders in Samorin.

Other

In the GP4* at Saugerties, Hallie Grimes achieved fifth place in the saddle of Malissa de Muze (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles), dam of our young stallion Sambucci de Muze, among others. Ashley Vogel jumped to the same result in the Williamsburg GP3* riding Namaste van het Eyckeveld (s. Elvis Ter Putte). Also in the US, Cassio Rivetti finished third in the GP2* of Paso Robles on Edesa's Vidal 8 (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles). Finally, in Guadalajara, Agustin Covarrubias took fifth place in a 1.40m class on Full Option du Borget (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).
