Magic by Hocus Pocus de Muze in Vancouver

Vancouver

Since last year, Dutch top rider Harrie Smolders is riding our breeding product Hocus Pocus de Muze (s. Tinka’s Boy) and the duo is continuously improving. In the World Cup leg of Vancouver, they finished in a brilliant third place, after becoming fourth earlier in a 1.50m-class.

Verbier

In Swiss Verbier, the leading role was reserved for Tum Play du Jouas (s. Querlybet Hero), ridden by home rider Anthony Bourquard. The combination jumped to a second place in the GP and to a third place in an earlier 1.45m-class. Paolo Adorno finished fourth in the latter class with Fer Z.G. (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Ignace Philips de Vuyst was placed fifth on Hanna van HD (s. Nabab de Rêve).

Zandhoven

Closer to home, Zandhoven was the place to be. Thibeau Spits and Bellissimo Z (s. Bamako de Muze) finished second in a 1.50m-class, fifth in a 1.40m-class and seventh in the GP3* over there. The same result was achieved by Sam Polleunis on Be Cute van de Wolfsakker Z (s. Bamako de Muze) in the GP2*.

Our own breeding products performed great as well. Bacardi-Rhum de Muze (s. Kannan) ended fourth in a 1.45m-class, ridden by Dimitri Noterman and Fantomas de Muze (s. Sandro Boy) did equally great with a second place over 1.45m with Karline De Brabander. In the same class, there was a fifth place for Thomas Van Minnebruggen on Koshin de Muze (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles). Finally, we noted a third place for Bas Moerings and Hervesther (s. Elvis Ter Putte) in a 1.40m-class.

Ciekocinko

To conclude this week, we mention the second place for the Swedish team in the Nations Cup for Young Riders in Polish Ciekocinko. This silver medal was partly thanks to the double clear round of Filippa Enmark on King Kong van ‘t Valissenhof (s. Fantomas de Muze).
